Can you learn boxing and Jiu Jitsu?
You can try it at the same time but you will have to choose at least one to focus on. So I do both, definitely try and train boxing after BJJ during your day if you can. Especially if you’re doing a lot of conditioning because you’ll be too gassed out to roll.
