Are Origin GIS Ibjjf legal?

So it’s my understanding that the Gi for 2014 will be 100% ibjjf legal as long as one swaps out the swivel loc belt for the rope belt. The Gis we are weaving and manufacturing are stronger, better fitting and athlete driven. The ibjjf is a private business, it does not govern jiu jitsu.
